Manager/Lead User Experience Designer

I have been working as a Lead User Experience Designer, or Information Architect for more than 2 decades with my last few positions being at UPS, US Bank and over 12 years as a Lead UX at IBM.

I am an analytical problem solver with a intensely thorough and detail-oriented approach. My systems view of all projects considers the entire product ecosystem so all gaps, touch points, and related processes and services are taken into account.

I also focus on the user’s and business’s “unrealized” needs meaning I make sure to fully think through all aspects of features and functionality and their impact on the global product and business process, so they are designed right the first time.
